My Trainer...

I have never been so sore in my life.
My knees hurt, I def feel it in my abdominal area and glutes!
I have no idea how I'm going to make it up and down the stairs ;O
I can't even workout, because I AM THAT SORE.
But, I did anyways & I'm shocked.
I didn't think I could do it, especially under these circumstances.

All I keep hearing in my head is "10 more, 9 more........ 1 more and another for good luck", "C'mon ladies, don't cheat me now!" " and "You're going to hate me tomorrow."

BLAH!
