Tattoos

So I have a tattoo that I absolutely HATE!

Story behind the tattoo:
Well I got it with a "best friend" on my 19th or 20th birthday; I honestly don't remember.  The two shooting stars are supposed to "represent us; 1 star is her and 1 star is me." I hate the tattoo with a passion. I don't care about her having it because she is irrelevant to the situation. But I do not like the tattoo. It was just a spontaneous thing that I did without thinking it through. The stars are crooked and it looks ridiculously tacky like my 8year old cousin drew it. UGH, its permanent & it didn't look crooked on paper!!!!

I've always wanted a flower in that spot. I'm considering covering it up, but I'm not sure how I should go about it or if the tattoo guy would be able to cover it.. so I read this article Tattoo Information

Here are some flower cover ups:

All of the photos came from this tattoo cover up site  http://www.tattooartists.org/Gct22_Cover_Up_Tattoos.asp (amazing cover ups like you wouldn't baleeve! )

Also I've been thinking about getting another tattoo in a cool spot. I'm thinking about getting a quote or some words of wisdom, but nothing too long & I want it written in a tiny kind of way...hmmm...

Possible quotes:

  • You don't find yourself; you create yourself.
  •  Heal the past, dream the present, live the future
  • In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life. It goes on.
  • Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
  • The way to love anything is to realize that it might be lost.
