So today

Today was bittersweet. Firstly, I woke up late due to female issues. BLAH. Around 3pm my mom, sister and I headed to TGIF ( what a way to spend Memorial Day right?). Why we didn't have a cookout or attend family cookouts is another story. Moving on, then we went to my Grandma's for a few hours. It was great; I got to see my cousins (real) and sister (cousins' mother, fictive kin). Since we practically rushed out of the house, I absent-mindedly forgot my cell phone. Once I got home I heard the worst voice mail ever: "Sorry Sharnae, this is _________ calling to let you know that due to the budget cuts your start date for work will be pushed to next week. Please give me a call....." UGH! EFF YOU CHRIS CHRISTIE YOU STUPID GOVERNOR. FIRST YOU WANT TO CUT OUR FINANCIAL AID AND NOW A SISTA CAN'T GET A JOB? SWT? I guess I should go find a fast food job or something. I shouldn't have put all of my eggs in one basket.

As for my hair.... Trying a braid n curl

I know she used individual braids but I didn't feel like doing small braids. Lazy:(

Side-note: My sis cornrowed my hair dry and I while showering I let the braids get wet too.
