New Job

Why have I been randomly posting today?
Because I have a new job that starts on Tuesday and I've been lounging around & relaxing.
I have to do a post on a shopping haul soon.
I'm nervous, excited and sad...sad b/c my little sister won't be working with me this year.
I think that she really deserved the job, but with the budget cuts in the summer program was only allowed to choose 30 people. She wasn't turned down, but she wasn't able to speak with the director. I hope that she will hear something from them soon. Currently we aren't speaking and I don't know why--I guess it's like that sometimes. I do want to help her find a summer job though; if she continues with the distance and attitude I will go on and do me because I have to.

I'll be a program monitor for the Summer Youth Program in Newark. The pay is good for me and it may not be much to some, but it's great for me. I live at home with my parents, I'm a college student; Enough said.

I can't wait for a paycheck oh and to meet new people!
